Working as a Residence Advisor at EF Education First in Malta was a truly rewarding experience. The job was well-organized and not too stressful — we always worked in pairs or small teams, which made every shift enjoyable and manageable. There were about 20 of us working together, and the team atmosphere was fantastic — supportive, fun and full of energy. Outside of work, we explored the island, went on trips, and shared great moments together.
The senior residence advisors and management were always available and very supportive, creating a positive and friendly work environment. In addition to the salary, EF provided free accommodation and full board, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great opportunity to work, learn and meet amazing people from all over Europe.
