Company policies are very unstable. - No standard appraisal policy. hikes are very very less. - Too much of dictatorship under foreigners. Bangalore employees are treated like slaves. - Too much of work load, You will have to work like a machine. Too tight deadlines. - No onsite opportunities. - Forget about promotions. - Don't fall in trap with the salary they offer. You will surely regret for your decision later on. Everyday will be a hell with job insecurity and work load.
