Pros

- More take home salary - Good team mates - Monthly happy hours

Cons

- May be it takes ages to tell all cons. - Anytime, i said ANYTIME you can be FIRED. No matter you spend 3 months or 3 years in company, you always have chances to get fired with immediate effect or maximum 2 weeks notice. - They offer very high salary while joining to attract employees, but the hikes will be 2 to 4 percent per year max (if ur performance was excellent). - Too much of work pressure. - two weeks fixed deadline for any project regardless of its complexity (never understood the logic of two weeks period). and If u cross that deadline your appraisal is screwed and you are nearing your firing phase. - Remember, Firing is a must thing for every employee. Only duration changes depending on your kusuma luck. - No process, No documentation, No SDLC process followed and many more - Very bossy. Indian employees are like kind of slaves to foreigners. - No proper HR policies. - Salary differs a lot between two same grade employees with same experience. It just depends on how you negotiate while joining. One final thing... Don't fall in their high salary trap and fall prey for this company.

Pros

You get to choose your tour and recruit the students you want to bring. The paid chaperone ratio is 6:1, so it is very manageable. The tours are great and the local experts are wonderful.

Cons

Company support is variable. There is high turnover and new consultants are very sales motivated and don't always get the nuances of your school or community group. I have had some WONDERFUL concusltants, but they have always been promoted before I get to work with them again.
