Pros

It's difficult to recommend a company that fails to provide final pay and compensation. However, the engineers perform well when given clear instructions.

Cons

The company promises to provide final pay and compensation, but falls short of delivering anything stated. It leads one to believe the company is having financial issues.

Your second post has been noted and is being taken very seriously… The defamatory attempts and the posts of inaccurate information is an obvious ploy at personal gain. The staff at EPC Group receives strong bonuses, incentives and salaries and this statement is false. It would be greatly appreciated that instead of posting false information your direct communication to the CEO & Founder Errin O'Connor who, if you were an employee of EPC Group would have his personal cell phone number. The website lists contact information if you do not have his cell phone number. If this matter is true in any capacity, it will be addressed immediately. EPC Group utilizes a third party organization to manage all payroll and monetary transactions of the organization. Therefore, this claim is inaccurate and your cooperation to address your concerns is requested. Thank you, EPC Group HR

Pros

There is a focus on cutting edge technologies and doing a lot of work around Microsoft's AI stack and Power BI with CoPilot as well as Fabric. I am able to work on some really fun projects with smart people and business intelligence is a passion and the company cares about its employees. Its nice to have team members who are experts in others Microsoft disiplines I can pull into meetings as I need to and the company is growing. I really feel the management cares. The focus as been to bring in and foster more of the mid-level and senior developers which I think has rubbed some people the wrong way and team members who don't want to learn new technologies or AI have been let go so I am read some negative reviews but I know the story behind them. I am very happy working here.

Cons

Can be long hours and there are some challenging projects as the company is really focusing on building out our AI practice areas and rolling AI strategies into all of our Microsoft practice areas. It can be challenging to take the certifications and training courses the company offers but requires us to take to be a little monotonous. I think a company outing or event with all of the different offices is long overdue as its been about 2 years+ with COVID and that would be a nice thing to do.

Pros

It is a Microsoft Gold Partner that ensures the guarantee of professional expert support at the highest level. They also go through annual reviews by Microsoft.

Cons

The work hours were brutally long and terribly exhausting. The leadership was unskilled and incompetent. The ridiculous mistakes created more problems than they solved, making it a constant struggle to handle insane chaos. I quit when my patience ended.
