The MNP Canadian tax process in EXL is a nightmare. The work pressure they give you during the tax season is immense and the process has 2 managers both of them creates a toxic environment, give you immense work pressure and makes you sit overtime to get the files done, They say that you don’t need to sit extra hours but you need to complete your files within a day or move it to hold in the same day but to get it done the resources needs to sit for 5,6 hours extra without any pay during the tax season. They micro manage you to every single hour to see what the work you have done. The employee turnover ratio in the process is really high due to these awful conditions.
