Very Employee Centric and great company to work with...good for insurance and analytics. Good visibility and transparent on company goals and vision
Cons
At certain level learning gets stopped and you feel demotivated... Need to make sure that you discuss the interests worth the employee and move them into such roles.. At the end need to be a good pay master
