      Pros

      This was a contract with an offshore company. Worked primarily with staff from Bangalore.

      Cons

      Because the company was based in India, and the U.S offices were in New Jersey, I never felt that I had their support. It would have been nice to have Human Resources more accessible.

      Great work/life balance. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
