      Laid back attitude. No problem with leave. Management is laidback. Cafeteria is okayish. You get one side cab.

      Cons

      Salary is a big downer. Very less compared to market. You dony get to learn anything. Promotions is mostly for favourites of the management.

      Great work/life balance. Good benefits.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
