Variety of work available People are willing to help if needed to get a job done Leadership is able to have difficult conversations and make the hard decisions that are best for the organization.
Cons
Some processes rely on specific people; both at DataSource and EXL; more integration would make a lot of the processes more efficient. Too many meetings without decision makers and key stakeholders in the room.
