Pros
Hard to think of any other than some great co-workers, but this is not really due to the company. And maybe the fact that its financially stable and on the rise, which again is not much value if you can get fired any day.
Cons
- bad management - very far from people oriented - bad retention policy - poor processes, where there are such they are often not followed, advocate for six sigma, very far away from living it - clients been outright lied to - and so on...
