Pros
Compensation for freshers at par with other cos in India. Work-life balance . Lot of focus on banking vertical for analytics. Good training programme with focus on SAS, Excel, SQL, VBA and tableu. Excellent hiring from IITs, NITs,etc., this reflects in a vibrant work culture and personal growth.
Cons
Differentiates beyond reason between IIT and NIT hires be it in terms of band, salary or nature of work. Uninspiring upper management.
