      We were allowed to go remote during the pandemic

      Cons

      Office layout dictated by staff in India, so the wall around our office only went to about 5 feet from the ceiling necessitating very loud white noise to mask confidential info while reps were on the phone. They pay below market rate. The IT team was unintelligible.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
