Pros

Cons

Too many low, mid and high-level managers giving you work to do. It's rediculous. Because it's a pool-based system for VPs and above, they overwork employees and don't hire enough so they can pocket the remaining budget money at the end of each fiscal year. Ageism: they will not hire someone in their late 20s and 30s hoping to break into the industry in an entry level position (AAE) as they like to start them out of college. It's very tough to transfer to the account side when you've been hired as an admin. No career growth for admins. Period. They run the private company as if it publically owned as they are so focused on profit. Even at the expense of employees. Turnover rate is alarming. Long hours, especially near the end of the fiscal year. A few long-term male managers are very flirtatious which creates an uncomfortable work environment.

Pros

Great clients. Great people to work with.

Cons

Office politics. Silly things that were sold to the client that just did not make sense.

Pros

I worked with some of the brightest and best people in the business. Most of them are no longer with the company. Some good clients, and nice office space.

Cons

Very limited opportunities for growth. During my time they reduced promotions to only once a year, and made many excuses for promoting as few people as possible (despite becoming the first "$1B" agency at that time). Morale was extremely low. People were forced to come into an office with nobody they actually worked with. Common to be passed from manager to manager. At one point I had 6+ managers within a 10-month span.
