Cons
- Turbulent few years which meant layoffs and constant fear of more. In my three years there I was consistently a top performer and not once received a bonus. Layoffs were also not managed well, despite clear feedback from employees the first time around - Senior leadership was not very good at communicating and leaders at the practice level did not have any real decision-making power, which also meant attempts at keeping top talent were futile - Some teams/leaders can be very toxic. Colleague experience across the firm varies greatly based on practice group/geo
