Pros

They attract you with above market starting salary.

Cons

Their intellectual property is anything but innovative (or premium) and to be honest, feels more like a hobby than anything else. None of their "proprietary" software works as claimed. Their business plan changes frequently. They are suffering from an identity crisis. They might as well promise to "Provide any service to anyone, in any way". One of the worst things about working here, is trying to explain to others what Edge "does". The Employee to Customer ratio is approximately 15-1. This wouldn't be the case if Edge truly cared about acquiring and/or sustaining Customers. Edge seems eerily similar to other failed "Cash Grab" endeavors associated with Edge's founding members, such as Prism, Starbelly, InnerWorkings, etc.

Pros

Good for developing IT skills on the job.

Cons

Stressful environment. Weirdly toxic executive management that were always at each-others' throats. The second a large client complained about something, hellfire would rain down from the powers that be & typically someone would get fired. For example, the manager position in the support department was a revolving door. There were 3 separate managers in my time there.
