Pros

Friendly, supportive environment. Eager to train those who want to learn. Builds upon the fundamentals of salesmanship, relationship building, team building/management, and promotional work. Become well-versed in the mechanics of fully self-sustaining consumer product campaigns in retail settings. Numbers driven, designed only for those who are self-motivated. Sharpen interpersonal and public communication, recruiting, interviewing, coaching skills. National and regional travel, with opportunity for award incentive trips, and leadership training conferences. Long term potential for business ownership.

Cons

Must be a full-time extrovert able to commit to mornings, evenings, and weekends. Mandatory travel averaging 15-20 miles a day to different on-site promotional events, with minimal travel compensation.

Pros

This is a great job to have if you are trying to learn how to run a successful business. Effectus Enterprises shows you the ins and outs on being apart of an event and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't learning anything that would benefit me in the business world. Not to mention, the employees are all supportive and fun to work with, the paycheck is quite nice as well depending on how well you do.

Cons

Though traveling can be a real fun experience, at times it can weigh on your pockets although your compensated for it on the next check.

Pros

Everyone seems like they enjoy coming to the office in the morning. It's a really upbeat and positive. Everyone is friendly and willing to invest their time to help me with anything I need. Even the manager takes time to get to know me and make sure I am able to get my work done and my goals met. Unlike other jobs that I had worked before, I can actually see where I want to be in the next few months and years, and how to get there. I learned a lot about marketing, leadership, and ownership. The opportunity is like no other!

Cons

We don't spend very much time in the office in the morning, it would be nice to spend more time with everyone. Anyone thinks they can get by with minimal effort, will not do well. Your hard work will be noticed immediately and recognized by everyone. Those that skimp out and rely on the effort on someone else should not work here. Even when I had some bad days I still received help. There is no sugar coating when it comes to reviews and evaluations of the team. I preferred it, but I know other people don't enjoy to direct feedback.
