Pros
The steps they teach in regards to sales is spot on. The employees who have only been there a few weeks longer than you are the ones teaching you, so you get a real hands on experience learning the steps, and they are techniques you can use later on in your career in sales.
Cons
The pay structure and reimbursement is lousy. Time clocks are still on paper, and they only pay for gas going from the office to the store, and not much else. If you are sent on a trip to another office in another state, be sure to save receipts because otherwise they won't give you money for food. And if there is a chance for you to crash on someone's couch on that trip, they will make sure you do that. Also, the percentages for commission aren't even close to being what you need.
