      Pros

      I have worked @ Egnyte for a number of years now and can honesty say that this company is fun, easy going and has a great culture. Egnyte has great Tech and a really bright future ahead. If you are looking for a company where you can learn along side some really sharp people, than this is it.

      Cons

      Egnyte's biggest challenge is name recognition, this will always be a challenge that needs much effort.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
