      Pros

      I've been at Egnyte 5+ years and the company culture and values continue to keep me motivated even in this hot bay area market. I enjoy working with some of the best and brightest talent in Silicon Valley and enjoy the startup feel even when we are scaling at such a rapid pace. The working environment feels pretty flexible, management knows what they are doing, and company culture has recently improved as HR has grown significantly.

      Cons

      Not enough brand awareness of Egnyte. I always have to say I work for a Box or DropBox competitor.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
