      Pros

      Spirits in the workplace are higher than any other place I've worked. The culture unique and great to be a part of. Departmental collaboration is encouraged, and helps create a feeling of success which can be shared by all parties. As the company grows, that "one team" feeling is somehow still retained.

      I cannot think of cons at this time.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
