      Pros

      - You can take ownership of large projects - You get to constantly tackle interesting engineering problems - There are many senior developers providing good mentorship - Enjoyable company culture and friendly colleagues - Company promotes employee morale and sponsors quarterly marathons and funds team building outings

      Cons

      - No 401k match - Low amount of healthy snacks stocked in the kitchen - Constant feeling that company is trying to save money to stay cashflow positive

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
