Egnyte is a great place for someone looking to drive their own destiny with strong personal initiative. In the three plus years I've been here, I've really enjoyed working with the talented people that been great to work with. I've seen the company grow a great deal in the past few years. There have been a major culture changes with the new HR team which has been great in making it more interactive and fun with employees. With the latest challenges of COVID, the company has stepped up to connect the team as a whole and is good to see the executives adopting the idea of a distributed workforce and productivity while WFH and into the future.
Cons
Build a stronger sales and marketing pipeline to support growth and brand awareness. It's hard to sell a great product no one knows about.
