Pros
We have a fantastic leadership team that is very hands-on. They want to help sales get deals across the finish line and are happy to engage. Leaders also welcome feedback on areas of improvement. We have all the tools that we need to be successful when working from home, but when we do return to the office, we have a great space in downtown Raleigh. Our compensation is competitive for the market with equity options, great benefits, cell phone, internet, and gym reimbursement, and unlimited PTO. The Egnyte Platform is a solid product and very relevant across many industries. Egnyte knows how to hire talent to keep product innovation moving forward.
Cons
The company is growing quickly and as it scales there are some growing pains. Process improvement is on-going and can slow things down at times (i.e. approvals, contracts, SFDC, etc).
