      Pros

      1. Some of the most talented individuals work here, so you get to learn and benefit from their experience. 2. You get to work on the state of the art technology stack. And we are continuously evolving. 3. You can gain hands-on cross-domain experience. 4. You get to solve complex engineering problems and learn how to do it much more efficiently. 5. Company with a great and Open-minded culture. 6. Excellent leadership and Management. 7. Company that believes in good business with strong financials and not hyped valuations.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
