Pros

Egnyte has a great product that definitely stands head and shoulders when it comes to their competitors. The Support Team is outstanding, The Marketing Team works hard and the Engineering Team is high-quality. The SMB Sales Team grinds and keeps the lights on for the company.

Cons

The management team tries to force-feed the product to the "Enterprise" Space and the Enterprise Sales Teams cannot execute (but, are retained....). The leadership team is big on retaining personnel because their select people are likeable vs. actually doing a good job. Training is non-existent and while there are a few stand-outs when it comes to the company, there are also pockets of people that coast through their workdays. But it's ok, because they are having fun and laugh at the management team's jokes.

Pros

Very collaborative teams that really work towards making customers successful. Management is receptive to feedback and making a positive working environment.

Cons

There aren't many cons, except their Hybrid policy without the necessary infrastructure to support it

Pros

Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

Cons

No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
