      Pros

      Felt like there was a lot of potential. Everyone who worked there had an almost tribal amount of cohesion and focus.

      Cons

      I was there during a particularly development heavy period which meant that clients were constantly encountering issues with the product that we had no firm timeline to fix. There was also a bit of cloak and dagger management tactics going on.

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
