Pros

The people are generally pretty cool. Just have varying levels of competence.

Cons

Unless you are one of the three reps who absolutely destroy quota, you will likely be hitting around 30-50% of your quota (median attainment). Most of that will come from 1-2 big deals throughout the year, so 10-11 months you will make virtually no commission. We have around a 1% close rate on outbound sourced opportunities so you cannot just work harder to hit quota. Unlike others, I don't think the leadership has a lot of malice. They are just incompetent and don't care they hired too many reps as long as they are still in position to IPO.

Pros

Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

Cons

No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
