Pros

Great location - coworking space is inspiring

Cons

Poor communication Very nebulous roles make it hard to know who is working for who Limited culture Overall goals don't align with day to day practice. That anyone seriously thinks that a 4 day work week is possible here is laughable. Also - who is David Peltz? He's supposedly the CEO?

Hi Reviewer, Thanks for taking the time to post a review - we really do appreciate you giving feedback and we take it seriously. There has been a lot of change over the last six months and that can be challenging to navigate when we are small and growing as quickly as we have been. We are moving forward with our plans to send an employee survey to get more feedback from the entire team. I can assure you that these results will lead to actions to improve areas where required. If you feel comfortable in discussing some of these points, we have our weekly department meetings scheduled where the goal is to raise issues like the ones you’ve brought up here and resolve them with your direct supervisor. I also hope that you partake, lead, help organize our monthly company events and outings. It’s a big part of developing our culture. It sounds like you are pretty unhappy in your current position which I would like to remedy; our doors are always open to give you the support you need to set you up for success. Thanks again for your post.

Pros

Wonderful organization full of great people that do fantastic work. I learned a lot during my time there. Best benefits anyone could ask for.

Cons

Processes are frequently in flux, but that's life at most agencies.

Pros

Meaningful Engagement: The agency's work in higher education ensures that your work directly impacts students which is hard to find elsewhere. Knowing you're contributing to students' education decisions, adds a unique layer of purpose to your role. Balancing Work and Life: Striking the right balance between work and personal life is a priority here. The emphasis on taking time off when needed and being 100% remote has created an environment where burnout is less likely and personal commitments are honored. A Platform for Growth: It has been great to add junior talent to the organization and see them grow. More recently, with the introduction of more career pathways, there are more opportunities for growth.

Cons

Health Benefits: As a smaller agency, this is an area that could be improved over time. Change is a constant: The propensity for change can be both exciting and challenging - so be ready for a fun ride!
