- Everything is about AI now - Ethics (around AI and DEI) are now secondary priorities after buyout news - CEO treated like a celebrity, worried more about what his next pair of nike shoes is going to be than how his decisions effect the average employee. Boasting about installing a half pipe for his son in their yard while giving news of the company having to now pay 4 bil in interest per year. - Very USA and money centric. Everything is about the bottom line and finding new ways to push microtransactions. Greed is celebrated. - Taking advantage of market instability to push through more and more policies which take away benefits from employes (rto, restructurings, soft layoffs, constant instability) - RTO very negatively effecting global workforce - Restructuring guarantee you won't be able to trust or build long term relationships with your co-workers because they'll be in a different department next year.
