Pros

great environment, you can bring your dog to work, take time to work out at the gym or play soccer on the pitch. smart goal oriented people. flexible hours. Nice cafeteria and cofeeshops inside campus. good benefits.

Cons

Flexible hours can sometimes turn into working all the time. The game teams sometimes have crunch times that can mean weekend work.

Pros

There’s sometimes a stigma that comes with working at EA but internally the company is well managed and employs some of the best people. Individuals that work here are extraordinarily passionate about what they do and very well qualified. Human Resources and managers are down to earth and support employees well. Compensation for work is fair and large scale layoffs have been infrequent during my time

Cons

The cultural stigma that is associated with the company due to previous and certain c-suite decisions. Additionally, the development cycles to release titles year over year can become difficult to manage with tech debt produced from previous cycles.

Pros

A lot of good and smart people that are able to create good work together.

Cons

Restructuring every year, nepotism, no clear path for career progression at all, senior leadership isn’t communicating clearly, acquisition communication has been non-existent, layoffs are a constant factor and fear, unclear why some people get promoted and many high performers do not
