Good staff benefits, healthcare, stocks etc. It’s a big company and they have to care for employee wellnes. There are efforts to observe diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Cons
Aggressive annual financial targets. Leadership changes regularly. Difficult to make change in a large company. Melbourne specifically suffers from limited experience outside of the studio, it can be difficult to change or oppose bad habits that have been developed over the years. There aren’t many places to grow as it’s a small studio remote from the wider company.
