Pros

Free pop and coffee in the fridge. Sometimes you can learn something new

Cons

Management doesnt give a crap about the employees. More concerned about the clients and signing more and more on without regard to the impact it will take on the utter lack of employees to handle the amount of work thrown at them. Most employees are overworked with little to no room for promotion. Management for the most part acts like a bunch of children in how they handle everyday incidents, or they just blatantly ignore things, like yearly reviews, or employee complaints on lack on training. There are a few in management that have their heads on straight, only to be overshadowed by the stupid.

Pros

EN has a very collaborative environment and everyone on staff is committed to providing excellent customer service at all levels. Career plans are created with all employees so that they can receive the training and direction to achieve short and long term goals. I've never seen a company invest so much money in training from the first day! EN also has a culture in which the employees know each other and are able to spend time on activities away from the office. Family members are often included. They are careful to hire and sometimes it takes a long time. They would rather take the time and make sure that the person is right for the company long term than filling the position and then figuring it out after the hire. This is one of the reasons that retention rates are so high! I knew as a recruiter that if I could get the candidate in the door they would want to work with EN.

Cons

EN has gone through an incredible growth spurt over the last 2 years. Of course we had growing pains but the owners and upper management have been great about identifying issues and working through them. I don't view this as a con in a negative sense because we worked through process and procedure issues and resolved them as we grew.
