Not a Stable Environment - Junior Account Manager Endygo Employee Review

Ownership has a drive for growth and an eye on what is new in the ever changing eCom world. While some companies take month or years to implement change, the fact that there is an owner/operator works to the benefit of change. As one with an entrepreneurial nature, this works well for me.

For someone accustomed to a rigid structure in your role, this may not be the best fit.

The people at endygo are awesome.

The owner is absolutely incompetent and, now that I know his background, explains why he cannot push his company to the next level (10 years, and the level of growth is not impressive). Also, the fact that it is nearly a decade old, and the management structure is consistently being flattened or reconfigured really says something. Not to mention the fact, when I was there, that people were quitting like this place was on fire, due to the fact that there is no career guidance or job demands.
