      Pros

      Competitve Salary. Few people that you work with are very appreciative of your contribution.

      Cons

      No accountability, blaming games, office politics, laying off workers disguise as control headcount, finding loopholes to dismiss employees. Bootlickers on departments. Blame game. Their way of motivation is always reminding you that you are not indispensable. NO system on managing employees, Always micro managing.

      Interesting work, a lot of variety, The team I worked with was great. Opportunities to move up

      Very focused on revenue, production. Not a lot of focus on employees. Work load can be overwhelming due to small office sizes and quantity of projects

      Cons

      Senior management team don't care about employees, unless you are Singaporean, negative vibe environment, bosses treat you like you are a bad behaved child.
