Bad leadership tanked the company otherwise I was genuinely interested in long term career at Eventbrite for its great people culture. Staff engineers in India were incompetent, Interns were highly better than staff engineers. Unnecessary creation of sense of urgency. After the acquisition, the leadership started showing extreme scrutiny.
