      Pros

      Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are amazing. You truly see a diverse set of ideas and solutions, as well as a diverse range of employees.

      Cons

      The company seems to shift focus every 6 months, sometimes even after 3months. We're still getting work done, but the constant shifting is hard to adapt to.

      -Chill culture, smart people -Get to work on impactful technical challenges at scale -Is a well known consumer brand to have on your resume

      Cons

      -There's an even mix of go-getters and slackers -Process can be overwhelming at times (docs, meetings, retros etc) -Product space is not that exciting nor motivating
