      Pros

      The people I worked with were great. Culture at an individual contributor level was welcoming and kind. Good benefits. They provided mentorship to seek a new job after laying off my whole team. I got to keep my laptop too,

      Cons

      I got let go soon after being hired. USA specific con: A lot of software developer work is outside USA.

      Pros

      -Chill culture, smart people -Get to work on impactful technical challenges at scale -Is a well known consumer brand to have on your resume

      Cons

      -There's an even mix of go-getters and slackers -Process can be overwhelming at times (docs, meetings, retros etc) -Product space is not that exciting nor motivating
