Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! And thank you for showing your trust in us by joining a company that was still in an early phase. During the last couple of months and years we worked really hard on smoothening out all our processes and training programs, so there’s definitely a lot of improvement there. Over the last years we did however grow as a company. But we will never compromise on the crucial working relationship between our consultants and their Talent Development Managers. We also try to regularly host smaller and more informal events so everyone gets the chance to share his of her experiences with the internal Exellys team and management.
