Thank you for taking the time to write this review. At Exellys, we are working hard to ensure that our Start Smart and Grow Smart training programmes give our consultants exactly what they need to help them develop themselves as young professionals. So it's great to see that this is appreciated. We are growing rapidly as a company. On client side, but also on the consultant side. This means that we have more and more opportunities available for new starters so we can go for an even more perfect fit we strive for time and time again. In the end, the final decision is made by the consultant but it's true that a lot of our clients are located in specific regions. This is something we're looking into by exploring more local opportunities. We are aware that the intense working relationship between our consultants and their Talent Development Manager is crucial. That's why we won't compromise on this, ever. That's a promise. Thank you again for this review.
