Pros
London office is nice- lots of glass. Building isn't full meaning you can go for a quiet poo on the 1st/2nd/3rd floor. Beer trolley is reluctantly pushed round on a Friday every few months. No pressure, meaning you could quite easily complete Angry Birds if you spend enough time hiding in the toilets having said poo.
Cons
Management bias- no opportunities for promotion/ progression. Everyone based in the Altrincham office seems to be favoured over London. Company is very cliquey - unless you are pally with senior management you have no chance. No idea how some of those on the Board are even there! London does not offer a 'sales' environment. Back office/legal/HR/finance are opposed to us making any noise at all. Poor commission scheme, and no other incentives. Plenty of people are able to sit around and do nothing all day.
