      -great environment + people -passionate CEO -interesting work -opportunities for growth -Good benefits (RRSP, gym, wellness, full coverage of OPUS, health coverage) -nice office space in a great location for public transportation

      Cons

      -Mandatory 5 days in office with little flexibility -Pay is fair but not competitive -Mixed messaging at times -limited advancement opportunities in smaller teams

      You have bosses who care about you as a person and will fight for you every second.

      Cons

      We are a luxury not a necessity, so with that comes hard work and constantly learning new things to be more competitive in the market.
