Pros
eXplorance has a flexible work schedule, friendly employees, and friendly environment. The office is very clean and fancy. Location is perfect. Very good benefits such as a health insurance plan, gym membership in the best gym in MTL, and RRSP plan and more other "perks". CEO cares about employees and good life balance style.
Cons
Bad management and executive leadership. Pay is lower than other companies. No yearly benefits. Lots of unnecessary politics. A rotating set of leaders and constant last minute direction changes from afar. The company is still absolutely in the process of building. If you are looking for a place where all processes are established and all roles are clearly defined, this is not that place.
