at first it seems to be a great place to work until you take off your rose colored glasses. pay structure changes like the wind because they dont want to pay you more so they change thinking the targets will be too hard to achieve. treatment for men and women is extremely different. every good person had left or been fired for not drinking the kool aid. all of upper management are boys who have never worked anywhere else and get a kick out of having a 'leg up' on everyone. extreme boys club and very isolating if you arent apart of it. no communication with staff when there are internal changes/hirings. money taken out of paychecks day of payday because the work you did 'didnt count' when really they dont want to pay you. no diversity whatsoever, if youre a white male in your young 20s who played a college sport you'll fit in perfect if you also want to be degrading. ceo and upper management are on a power trip and think they can do or say whatever. vaping and drinking allowed in office. most of upper management have zero experience in the industry or in management so they have no idea how to teach. if you try to speak your mind you will be punished or fired. upper management that oversees BDR department was extremely unprofessional and interrogates you to get information. tried to bribe us with free lunch to make us 'do better', diminished feedback and ideas, extreme micromanager, among other things. would not recommend working there if you value your mental health
