Pros

- dog friendly office - pretty good work life balance - good pto/days off structure

Cons

at first it seems to be a great place to work until you take off your rose colored glasses. pay structure changes like the wind because they dont want to pay you more so they change thinking the targets will be too hard to achieve. treatment for men and women is extremely different. every good person had left or been fired for not drinking the kool aid. all of upper management are boys who have never worked anywhere else and get a kick out of having a 'leg up' on everyone. extreme boys club and very isolating if you arent apart of it. no communication with staff when there are internal changes/hirings. money taken out of paychecks day of payday because the work you did 'didnt count' when really they dont want to pay you. no diversity whatsoever, if youre a white male in your young 20s who played a college sport you'll fit in perfect if you also want to be degrading. ceo and upper management are on a power trip and think they can do or say whatever. vaping and drinking allowed in office. most of upper management have zero experience in the industry or in management so they have no idea how to teach. if you try to speak your mind you will be punished or fired. upper management that oversees BDR department was extremely unprofessional and interrogates you to get information. tried to bribe us with free lunch to make us 'do better', diminished feedback and ideas, extreme micromanager, among other things. would not recommend working there if you value your mental health

Pros

Dog friendly office, enjoyed working alongside *most* of my colleagues/ peers, casual office environment, good work-life balance, pay is decent, but still less than standard unless you're being hired for a senior role or are a company favorite.

Cons

management/leadership is immature and cliquey, training is sub par, culture was great until they let go of person who was spearheading all of that, culture and morale have dropped significantly since and the office now is very much a "boys club," not a lot of respect for the women in the office or anyone who isn't "playing the game," CEO doesn't really interact with anyone day to day, seems like he talks a big game as far as the success of the company goes but doesn't come off as sincere or honest - very "wolf of wall street," they will sell you on growth opportunities but said opportunities will never come to fruition, health benefits are terrible, no 401K

Pros

dogs allowed in office, unlimited PTO

Cons

To say you should not work here if you value your mental health would be an understatement. Extremely poor management, especially in front of the BDR team. If you are a woman - prepare to be undermined, gaslit and treated like you’re less than. Behavior and actions from management is blatantly retaliatory, unfair and simply unwarranted. If you’re looking to join a men’s lacrosse team - you should definitely consider FINTRX for your next position. Seriously, avoid.
