Pros

There is quite a bit of talent here. Most employees want to grow and there are a few really awesome people here

Cons

Absolutely no growth opportunities- A lot of employees have talent and are eager to grow. However, FJA doesn't have the time/resources to help their employees grow which leads to high turnover. Most people have to go to other companies if they want to move up. In my personal experience, I was told there weren't resources to help develop my career but if I went somewhere else and grew and came back that would be a good option. Don't expect to grow in your career here. Extreme lack of appreciation - Those with talent that end up staying at FJA are fully taken advantage of. They are expected to meet unrealistic deadlines that are set by upper management and given all the blame if those expectations aren't met. There is no appreciation that comes from upper management except a generic "Thank you" to the "whole FJA team" once a year maybe. No appreciation from managers results in unsatisfied and drained employees. Unprofessionalism- This company has a big problem which has been brought to HR and management's attention multiple times. Cursing at peers, yelling, bullying, gossip, and other forms of harassment happen at all levels among all "groups" of employees. It is also unclear when these instances should be reported/ it doesn't help much when they are reported. Unprofessionalism has become the norm at FJA. No relationship with upper management- One of the benefits of working for a small company is supposed to be that upper management has relationships with majority of employees. However, this is not the case at FJA. The CEO and CIO have relationships with a couple of employees and don't go past the primary introduction with the others. Don't expect to get a hello from the leaders unless you are one of the favorites.

Get to work with fantastic leaders, with extensive tenure in the industry. Clients love our technology and services

Cons

Working from any part of the country creates very flexible schedules do to ones timezone.
