7yThank you for taking time to comment on your experience with FJA. As an industry-leading software development company, our product is our people and we truly value the feedback we receive from current and former employees. Although you did not work for us very long, we am sorry your experience did not live up to our goal of providing all employees with a challenging, rewarding, and engaging work environment. We have experienced rapid growth as we continue to expand our global presence and understand our fast-paced environment is not the right fit for everyone.
As part of our employee engagement efforts, FJA maintains an open door policy so we can timely respond to process improvement ideas and/or employee concerns. We also maintain a Peer to Peer Rewards Program to motivate and support employee engagement. Your feedback will be incorporated into our continuous improvement process so we can learn from your experience and improve communication. We believe that our current position in the market place, ability to scale, and encouragement of new ideas will continue to drive our product and, most importantly, our people.
