      - Company still shaky and still possible to collapse. - Owner and the management make unrealistic goals all the time, and anger is the way they manage. - Compensation is about 30% less compared to the industry. - Not much benefits. - Lengthy working hours and sometimes you have to work on night shift and over the weekend with 0 pay.
