      Pros

      The company is making cutting edge technology products. They are indeed making progress. There are talented engineers and scientists in the team.

      Cons

      Disorganized; bad management; colleague backstabbing; high deductible healthcare plan ($2500+ for individual); no vision plan; no retirement plan; no annual pay raise; frequently working after hours.....

      Pros

      1. Great opportunities to learn from different departments at the same time 2. Building a CT scanner from scratch 3. Ability to improve skill-set 4. Lot of concurrent and interesting projects.

      Cons

      1. Bad and disorganized management 2. Poor compensation and bad work-life balance 3. Priorities shift 2-3 times in a day without reason. 4. The upper management keep moving the goal-post every single day and ultimately blame their employees for poor results. 5. The pay scale does not reflect the efforts/work done. No appreciation (only words that seem recited from motivational books).

      Actual projects are ongoing. You are building stuff and your skills get developed.

      Cons

      - Company still shaky and still possible to collapse. - Owner and the management make unrealistic goals all the time, and anger is the way they manage. - Compensation is about 30% less compared to the industry. - Not much benefits. - Lengthy working hours and sometimes you have to work on night shift and over the weekend with 0 pay.
