Pros

-Tremendous opportunity for career growth -Extremely creative and talented coworkers -Huge variety to day to day work, keeps things interesting and fresh -Company is always striving to grow and bring on new products and services

Cons

-Young company that is still trying to work out the kinks in process and management -Have to be comfortable trying and failing as you and the company try new things -Not a cushy, established, Fortune-500 job. You will work hard and may not make absolute top-dollar, but this is a great investment in your career

Pros

C-suite members hire very well and the broader team is full of legit pros in their fields. Would be a great place to work if all upper management was replaced with seasoned, experienced professionals in the creative industry with actual technical backgrounds.

Cons

The main issue is at the very top. C-suite members do not listen to the talent they hire, who are the experts in their field. There is a concerted effort to go against the grain (ie. industry standard) to serve the meaningless and confusing "unagency" ideology the c-suite members have been clinging to since the beginning of the company. Because the founders are "self-taught", the lack of institutional and technical knowledge at the decision-making level makes for a misguided and haphazard approach to fairly simple creative projects. The leadership is not team-first (no empathy towards internal team), which leads to resentment and extremely high turnover.
