FHP is small but mighty. The teams are incredibly smart and creative and it was a pleasure working with everyone. Because of the companies small nature, there are typically opportunities to grow further into a department. This was important to me and upper management always encouraged and guided my transitions. The people within the company is what makes it very special. I felt my managers were looking out for me while also encouraging me to take bigger leaps. Everyone is very welcoming and extremely collaborative. If one team is struggling, you can find another department members stepping in to assist to help lighten the load. Everyone cared about each other and it did not feel like a sink or swim business. No one wanted to see another department or team member struggle.

Because of how small the company is, being able to adapt is important as things are in constant flux. The work like balance (depending on the department) could be improved. Hours can be long.
