Thank you for your honest feedback. There is room for the management to improve communication and responsiveness and we take this as a challenge and opportunity to do better.
We have undertaken a number of new initiatives over the past 2 years to ensure that our teammates feel valued and heard but there is always more work to be done.
Inexperienced management, health safety concerns, staff concerns undervalued by management, low pay for skilled workers

Thank you for your honest feedback. There is room for the management to improve communication and responsiveness and we take this as a challenge and opportunity to do better. There is no tolerance for harassment in the workplace and we take these issues extremely seriously.
Regarding the safety concerns, we have invested considerably over the past 2 years in environment testing, addressing identified issues, and being proactive about improving the health and safety of our workplace. There is nothing more important than the health and safety of our teammates and this another issues that we take very seriously.
It is rewarding to be able to make art every day as your job. Additionally, they do provide benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, PTO, and a 401k after a certain amount of time working for the company.
Cons
Management is inexperienced and continuously dismissive regarding health and safety concerns. The health and safety issues were only addressed once OSHA was involved. Management fired employees who raised workplace concerns. Employees were told not to speak to each other regarding workplace concerns. I do not make enough money to support my family, despite excellent work performance reviews.

We appreciate all forms of feedback. While it is true that we were unaware of certain health and safety concerns, when it was brought forward it opened our eyes to areas of the company that we could clearly do better. With OSHA’s involvement we’re getting closer to work standards we can be proud of and appreciate the support of our staff while we get there. The most important thing to us is providing a work environment where our employees feel safe and heard but recognize it doesn’t happen overnight.
We are proud to recognize COLA given our current economic environment as well as merit opportunities for all our employees and know that the hard work our group does is what makes our brand our brand. We can always do better, and we look forward to doing so. Any feedback is appreciated as our young company continues on its path.
